Our learning this week

This week in maths, we have been learning to do division with and without remainders.

In English, our focus has been poetry looking at works by the BAME poet John Agard. We have looked specifically at his poem Windrush Child we have thought about the images he creates with his words.. we have also had a go at performing his poem and writing one of our own.

Why not listen to the poem https://vimeo.com/34658318 and watch one of our performances see below

In Art, we have designed and painted our Viking shields here is one example.
